Benvenuto! Come enjoy our elegant coastal home in Inlet Beach – one of South Walton’s most untouched beach communities. This is a four-bedroom four-bath Gulf Front (a small street between you and the beach) home, designer decorated and featuring many upscale amenities not typically found in rental homes. You can relax and watch the sun move across the water, sunrise to sunset, from either of our two full-width balconies. Enjoy refreshments on our top deck as you soak in the stunning views of the nature preserve, beach, and emerald waters.
As you enter the home’s tiled foyer, you will find a king bedroom on your left with a custom walk-in shower. Down the hall, an expansive laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. The Master Bedroom is at the end of the hall and has a king bed, beautiful shiplap walls, and a writing desk. The master bath features custom tile work, a soaking tub, rain-head shower, and double vanity.
Up the stairs to the second and third levels, you will find white shiplap walls and full Gulf views from the many windows bringing natural light in the living areas. The second-floor features include sectional seating in the living room, a fireplace, coffered ceilings and a gourmet kitchen fitted with Dacor appliances, a farm sink, and an ice maker. The deck faces the Gulf of Mexico, and the bunk bedroom is located behind the kitchen area and provides a queen bed, along with the twin over twin bunks, and an attached tub/shower bathroom.
The third floor has a large family room, entertainment center, and a second Master king bedroom with tray ceilings. The master en-suite bath provides a standup, tiled shower, and double vanity. On the front side of the family room is the expansive summer kitchen deck, and includes refrigerator, sink, and counter prep area. The deck has a table and chairs for dining al-fresco and furniture for relaxing and lounging.
While our home provides all that one needs to “get away from it all”, it also includes high tech features such as large HD TVs in every room, powerful whole-house Wi-Fi, charging stations, and game station to help you stay as connected as you want to be.
The star attraction of this home is its location. The beach is directly across the street and easily accessed via the Orange Street Beach Access, providing a walkover and comfort station. The broad walkway leads you across the dunes to miles of pristine, white-sand beaches and sparkling gulf waters. This beach access provides full services: umbrella and chair rentals, a lifeguard station, and is accessible to all; no stairs mean it’s easy to roll your stroller, wagon, or cooler right out to the sand.

**With this home you will receive FREE Beach Service. You will have 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you every morning and taken down each evening. Leave the heavy lifting to us! Seasonally (March 1st - October 31st)

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
We are located in the small intimate Park Place community of eight homes sharing a courtyard pool and lounge area. Perfect for a quick swim when you’re not on the beach. In front is a dedicated parking area with room for three cars. Rosemary Beach and the shops of 30A are a short three-block walk away, or you can peddle there on the bikes we provide with the home.
