Tucked away among the quiet Seabreeze neighborhood in Seacrest, this beautiful and comfortable home is perfect for your entire family. Even your pup! What makes this quiet street even better is how close it is to the Seabreeze Beach Access - less than 2 min by bike! In biking distance to shopping and dining at The Big Chill and Waterhouse Sandwich and Wine Bar.

The magical and lush landscaped backyard sets the stage for a relaxing and restorative time. The expansive backyard is fenced in with tiled sundeck and a large grassy area for the kids and pup to run around. The large trees canopy the pool area to offer shade, while still being able to enjoy direct sunshine in other areas of the sundeck. You'll want to enjoy this private oasis day and night thanks to the outdoor lounge with fire pit and outdoor TV.

The well-appointed home includes an open main living area and full kitchen large enough for multiple people to cook together. Dining available for everyone at the dining table overlooking the pool deck and the nearby breakfast bar. Dine al fresco in the backyard! An outdoor table and grill are available.

Don't forget your furry family member either! Your dog wants to romp around 30A, too. This designer home and neighborhood is pet friendly. *Must have written approval from Exclusive 30A to bring your pet and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction.

This was a lovely property to stay. Host was very accommodating. Very close to beach...just a short walk. It was advertised as luxury property. I would say this is more "elevated beachy". Furniture was tired. Outside dining table had not been cleaned - covered in pollen. But master bed was very comfortable. House was very clean, was well equipped and in a quiet walkable neighborhood. I would not say luxury, in that way it failed our expectation, but it was very nice.

We came for a bachelorette trip and loved our stay out here! The house was a very close walk to the beach and a short drive from Seaside and Rosemary. The house was very clean and we loved hanging out by the pool! Will definitely have to visit again.

Perfect house with the perfect location

The house was just a few minutes from the beach by foot! We did rent a golf cart and that came in handy but wish the house would’ve came with one. Overall great location, gorgeous backyard that we enjoyed everyday and night watching the outdoor tv and grilling. Can’t wait to go back!
