Located in a quiet, low-density 8-story complex with covered parking and four elevators, you’ll enjoy uncrowded beaches and tranquility. Aquavista’s amenities include a pool, hot tub, and quick access to the beach!

Amazing Views

This unit is on the beach with views that can’t be beat. Plenty of space for a large family. Love the large outdoor balcony too! Only downfall was noise from the street.

It was a very nice place. It had a very “homey” feel to it. The only complaint I would have, is if you have a few people staying there, I wouldn’t count the pull out sofa as a place to sleep, because the mattress was very thin and not comfortable. That would be my only complaint. Everything else was perfect.

Family Vacation 2025

The mirrors gave the illusion of more space. A few minor hiccups but every time I called the property manager was on top of every issue from the bathroom door being locked to the reset of the router. The second bathroom wasn’t as clean but I did my own cleaning so other than that it was awesome!!
