Need to get some shopping done? You have so many options! You have a great selection for groceries and toiletries from Publix and Winn-Dixie, located within two miles from the resort, or even Dollar General, just barely over half a mile away for those last-minute needs. Pick up all your beach souvenirs from Alvin’s Island and Sunsations located just down the road.

Book a snorkeling tour or rent kayaks for you and the family at St. Andrews State Park less than a mile from you. You can even hop on the Shell Island Shuttle and feel like the king of our own island on this 7-mile-long barrier island.

Seychelles #1007 is directly next to Schooners, known for its amazing seafood, live music, and year-round special events. If you feel like dressing up a bit, check out The Grand Marlin and Capt Anderson’s upscale-casual dining that’s focuses on fresh and local ingredients.

Property will only allow ONE vehicle pass during the following periods:
-May 1, 2025 - July 26th, 2025.
-August 27, 2025 - September 3, 2025.
-October - Sunday of Schooner's LobsterFest.
Parking passes are limited to TWO per condo at all other times.
