- Parking: Parking is NOT included in your reservation. The guest is responsible for pre-registering for parking through Tidewater HOA. It is $35 + tax + credit card fee = $39.59. - This gets you 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands for this 2 bedroom + bunk unit. You will receive the link to register in your Welcome Guide 3 days before arrival.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. There are no exceptions.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.

-No Smoking Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
