Great room staff horrible, rude, double dipped

Room and view were amazing. Hotel staff themselves were extremely rude. Every single one of them except for one very nice guy when we checked in. The bar area at the pool, horrible. I do not drink so I ordered 2 non alcoholic drinks. The female bartender messed up the order so badly. On top of that she wore gloves, the same ones for every drink she made, then would run her gloved hands down her ponytail then continue to make drinks touching glasses, the stuff that goes in the drinks, give out the food from the kitchen and never change her gloves. Hand out the bills, take money and cards and still wear the same gloves. She also was double dipping. I paid with my debit card and did not bill it to my room. She charged my debit card and when I got the room statement when we left she charged my room too, for what I already paid for. I had proof of this and the front staff argued with me and never fixed my bill. Overall nice room, beware of the staff and check your bill statement for over charges.

This place was absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommended it. Please note that your Resort Fees Are Nor Included In Yout Price. The staff was outstanding, especially front desk and housekeeping. I left some expensive items behind that were located & returned. Lupe, Tagea and the fron desk staff were the absolute best!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Hyatt Place! The views from our room were absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed relaxing at the pool and hot tub, but the true star of our stay was the beach—it was breathtaking. Everything about our trip was perfect, and we will definitely be back!

I booked through expedia, I was told I would be paying a certain amount at check in, front desk women advised I would have to pay an additional amount of $200 (refundable) for the stay. I was not planning on spending this, so it was annoying that it was not disclosed. I liked the view from the hotel room, the pool was nice for my kids, the offered towels at pool area. The breakfast was okay. Over all it was a nice place, they had starbucks on site.

We really enjoyed the beautiful view and the overall look of the hotel. However, we were surprised to find that the kitchenette only included a refrigerator—no plates, utensils, or even basic kitchen items. We had brought a birthday cake to celebrate, but ended up having to go out and buy plates and forks just to serve it. It would’ve been great if the kitchenette had been better equipped or at least clearly described.

Everything about Hyatt Place was remarkable. It is so close to shopping and restaurants. We love that we didn’t have to carry chairs and umbrellas. Those are provided at no charge to the customers of Hyatt Place. Free breakfast is pretty good. Hey, it’s free! Staff was very nice. Nothing negative to say about our stay. If you’re into Top Golf, we could have walked there from our room!!
