Room was spotless, 2 big elevators with safety features that only with the card can bring you to your floor. Variety of breakfast items. Only thing was to pay for parking in the building across the street that was extra and not included in the price on Expedia. GREAT LOCATION! Walmart, McDonalds, Target, Ross, and many more are 5 minutes away. The hotel has direct beach access with a nice lounging area. It seems it is pet friendly, as I saw lots of dogs in my floor.

We arrived at the hotel after 5:00 PM. Upon check-in, the front desk staff assigned us to a different room without any prior notice. The room I originally booked was a Gulf view room with two beds and a small kitchen. When I called the front desk to ask about the issue, I was informed that my reserved room was overbooked and that no equivalent room was available. Because having a kitchen was essential for us, we agreed to move to a room with a kitchen but without the Gulf view. At no point did we receive an apology. Instead, the front desk staff stated that the issue was caused by the hotel reservation website. We were offered no credit, no compensation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. This experience negatively impacted the first day of our trip and has left us questioning whether we should use Hotels.com again for future reservations.

Great breakfast, clean room, modern, great view and amenities at the hotel! Pool heated and although we didn't swim it was certainly inviting. Only negative was having to pay for parking ($46 for 2 nights) but I booked knowing this. Overall great stay and will stay again 👍

Seriously, they have the best breakfast! Overall great experience, but had to take one star off for some little things such as not having enough luggage carts (waited long for it coming and leaving), dining area that is not designed for the number of guests they house, changing my reservation from a King to two Doubles despite my continuous request and original reservation.
