The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Leave all sheets on beds, and leave used beds unmade so that the housekeeper knows which ones to change.
Be sure to leave all TVs on the original settings/connections as when you arrived. Sign out of your personal apps.
If you don't mind starting a load of towels in the washing machine, that would be extra helpful.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

*You MUST disclose if you plan to bring a service animal so that we can properly clean after your stay. $250 cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
$50 Administrative Fee is added to each booking for Accidental Damage Insurance coverage up to $300. It is not refundable.
Parking is a one-time charge of $60 per vehicle. This will be paid online to Calypso Resort separately, just prior to arrival date.

We had a wonderful trip to PCB and stay in this beautiful condo everything was as described. Amazing view from the balcony. Just a very short walk to Pier Park. Cara was always available and answered any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here. I would absolutely book this property again.

I was so impressed with this condo , it was so beautiful, comfortable, cozy and very clean. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen living room ,balcony Plenty of clean towels, sheets and blankets and the outside balcony view is to die for. Love the fact that we had huge TVs in the room and living room furniture was very comfortable. Our host Cara was very helpful throughout the entire visit very kind and professional. I greatly appreciated her hospitality. This is a beautiful condo and you won’t regret staying here for sure. I will definitely be coming back .

Amazing condo…beautiful deco…fantastic ocean view balcony with great dining table & chaise loungers! Extremely clean, very relaxing and comfortable stay, convenient location, short walk across to beach…easy access to chairs. Host was excellent!
