The sunsets from our 11th floor balcony will take your breath away!! Be soothed by the sound of the waves. Watch a family of dolphins play just offshore. Take a stroll in the sugar white sand. Swim in the longest pool you've ever seen.

Designed with families in mind, this condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate bunk room, and a full size laundry room with extra capacity washer and dryer and an extra storage pantry. The dining table comfortably seats six, and the bar seats three. The spacious kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need - Whirlpool appliances include dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and microwave. You'll also find can opener, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. There's even a wet bar across from the kitchen. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the gulf while you cook breakfast.

The family room features a queen sleeper sofa, entertainment center, and flat screen HD Smart TV. Floor to ceiling windows also contain a sliding door so you can walk from the family room onto the balcony to enjoy the comfy patio furniture and the gulf breezes.

Master suite features a king bed, flat screen HD Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a large private bathroom. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows with a sliding door opening onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, HD Smart TV, large closet, and an access door into the large hall bathroom. From the window in this bedroom there are great views of Pier Park and the entire area as far away as West Bay! The bunk room features a twin on top and a full on bottom, comfortably sleeping three people. This private room also has an HD Smart TV and a chest of drawers.

Weekend getaway

The property was as pictured. Love the beach front and proximity to Pier Park. The condo is very spacious and met our needs. I stayed in the master bedroom and there was strands of hair on the pillow case and linens and also hair on the floor of the master bathroom. Other than that, there were no other issues. I will stay again.

Everything was great! Beautiful condo! Parking was good, however, cost of parking (prices) need to be disclosed prior to the day before or day of actual check-in. Also, most all condos in Panama City Beach give you 2 parking passes if it's a 6-10 person rental.

Fall Break Getaway

My wife and I brought our daughter and her family down for a week on the beach. This property is located directly on the beach and within walking distance to Pier Park. Everything was just as described in the listing. We really enjoyed our week in the sun.

Great Family Condo

We stayed in June 2024. Cara was great to work with. Anytime I had a questions, she would respond back to my message extremely quickly. Condo had that "clean feeling" when arriving, which is the best feeling to walk in to. There were a bunch of chairs, beach toys and an umbrella in the laundry room to use on the beach or else it is $50 per day for chair rental. Elevator wait was never bad. It was great to not have to check in or out on Saturday because the building did have long waits for elevators then (When most other people there were checking in). Condo temp was good and everything inside was great. Only things that could use improvement were the master mattress is too soft and squishy. The pillows could all use an update as they have gotten kind of flat, and more blankets. The kids duvet covers didn't have a blanket inside- just the thin duvet. Also, a pizza pan would have been great to have there. Otherwise, these are small easy fixes and didn't stop us from having an amazing time. Thanks PCB!

Spring Break 2024

The condo was just as listed! Clean, great view of the ocean, and just a short walk to pier park. When we arrived the agent immediately contacted us to inform us about a washing machine issue. She made another condo available for us to do a few loads of laundry until a new washer and dryer arrived later in the week. Excellent customer service!!!

Great stay at the Calypso!

We really enjoyed the condo- it had everything we needed and more! Pools and property were clean and well maintained and no issues with the elevators which is a big plus during Spring Break! Great location to shops and restaurants.

Beautiful views

The condo was spacious. We never had long waits on the elevators. The tiki bar had excellent drinks. We saw dolphins playing multiple times from the balcony and a short walk to several restaurants. If a hot tub isn’t a must for you then this condo is definitely the spot to be!
