-Guests must purchase parking pass(es) upon arrival in the HOA office. They are $20/pass. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Any additional cars can park across the street in overflow lot for $10/day/vehicle.
-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the unit or surrounding areas and will result in a $500 penalty.
-Initial essentials are provided as a convenience, and guests are encouraged to shop for personal preferences.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
-This unit is not suitable for pets.
-Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own for beach use.
