There was a policy stating that you needed one 25 year old for every 4 under 25. This was not told to us prior to booking, so we had paid and were unable to cancel. We had to find more that were 25 to go on our trip. This was a large inconvenience to us. Overall the condo was nice and clean. It was very secure and completely gated with nice amenities.
