First of all there is a three minute walk to the beach with a pool and restrooms. Lavishly landscaped three bedroom three bath home with a cabana bath that you can walk straight into from the beach and shower. In the rear of the home there is a fenced in backyard with a Grill and artificial turf grass for pets and children lavishly landscaped. There is an upstairs patio with coffee bar off the master with a Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. Children have been completely accommodated with the high chair and pack and play the middle bedroom has bunkbeds that can accommodate up to five children- There are five televisions there is a sitting room with a television and pull out sofa which is very very comfortable both the queen size bed and the sleeper sofa have 3” toppers on them for comfort- downstairs is a very large kitchen with new appliances and anything needed to cook- there is also a very large open floor plan
