Our family gathered here for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. This is a very spacious home that is located just steps from the shopping village in Rosemary Beach and the beach itself. The home has all the amenities you would for a family gathering.

This house was absolutely perfect for my group of 12. Everybody had a space to sleep and plenty of room. The downstairs has a wonderful living space and was comfortable for everyone. The walk to the beach was extremely easy and convenient. The private pool was nice as well. On top of all of that, the hosts were attentive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would most definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We stayed at Stepping Stone this last week. The location was amazing, everything was very walkable and close to downtown. The pool was perfect for days we didn't want to go to the beach. It was clean and the communication from the team was incredible. We have stayed with Stay at 30a twice now and they continue to be the best rental company.

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house is beautiful, the pool was perfect for our group, and the location is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We highly recommend this property for a delightful beach getaway!
