The unit was amazing and the staff helped us secure our rental bikes. It was so close to the beach (definitely walkable) and the trams made it easy if you had beach chairs to bring. The only negative was that the pool was frigid! The ocean was warmer and beautiful so it didn't bother us (just bothered my 6yo). I asked the attendants about it and they said it is heated by the sun. The pool grill was great for lunch and drinks. Overall would highly recommend!

This was a great location!

Rebecca was wonderful to work with! The property was very clean and easily accessible to the beach (tram stop was right outside our condo), a quick walk to the shops and restaraunts at Seacrest, and the pool was just steps from the condo. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

The check in and move out were easy. The condo was very nice. The tubs and floors were not clean but the staff came and cleaned right away. The condo could use a few more sets of cutlery. Unit is exactly as pictured with plenty of space and a beautiful open kitchen that overlooks the pool. Communication with the owner was very easy and an app guidebook is provided before check in to help with the information on the local area, check in, check out. Everyone enjoyed our stay!

We were thrilled with the property. It was reasonably priced and well maintained. The 2 master bedrooms worked really well for sharing the space with another family. The decks were fantastic! The property was conveniently located to the pool and short walk to the beach. The pool wasn't heated, so we didn't get to swim very much at all (we went Mid-April for spring break) so that will be a consideration for future travel. We were a short walk to restaurants, bars, and other fun and family friendly activities. Overall a great stay!
