- A maximum of 2 parking passes will be left in the unit and must be placed back in the unit before check-out. On holiday weeks you are assigned only ONE parking spot. There is coded gate entry to parking and an overflow lot across the street.
-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
-Before arrival, you'll receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, WiFi information, and local recommendations.
-Pets are not permitted at this rental.
-Towels for beach outings are not supplied.
