The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to offer this wonderful townhome as part of our distinctive collection of homes with private beach and pool access, exclusively located in the town of Rosemary Beach.
The layout of this home is perfect for guests seeking privacy which is found on every level. Not to mention a total of eight outdoor balconies The first level of this home features two bedrooms; one queen with connecting bath and larger walk-in shower and one king with connecting bath shower/tub combination, a seating area, wet bar, and access to the expansive courtyard. An elevator at this entrance provides easy access to the second and third levels . The second floor features a private seating area and the master ensuite with double vanity sinks, walk-in shower, soaking tub and private balcony. The 4th bedroom also on this floor is a king master ensuite with walk-in shower. The third floor provides open-concept living with an abundance of light and northern and southern facing balconies. One of them is expansive where you have a seating and outdoor dining area. The recently updated gourmet kitchen is outfitted with high-end Dacor and Bosch appliances and features shaker cabinets, quartzite countertops, and designer lighting. The 4th level provides two oversized balconies offering incredible views, TV and newly added seating/lounge furnoture for yet another private area to relax and enjoy for the younger crowd
In addition to expansive balconies throughout you can enjoy relaxing in the multi level deck courtyard to include outdoor seating/dining, lush greenery with fountain and and gas grill. Also included are two private parking spaces and four adult bikes.

Great house - fully stocked kitchen, didn’t need to bring a thing, extremely comfortable beds/linens, space to spread out or come together as a family for game-time. Perfect location and the bikes were a nice added treat. Best of all, the management company was a delight to work with - special thanks to Cheryl. We are already planning to rent this house again.
