The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to offer this one of a kind Mediterranean style home as a first time rental into our portfolio of distinctive properties all located in the town of Rosemary Beach. From the moment you enter through the lush secluded courtyard filled with an abundance of greenery, alfresco style dining area, relaxing seating and calming flow of the fountain, you feel a sense of belonging.
The uniquely characteristic style of this home due to the inverted floor plan design to include dining, living and kitchen makes this a perfect retreat to celebrate and vacation with family and friends in true Rosemary style. There is a lightness and airy ambience throughout. The classically styled double entryway doors flank the comfortable seating/gathering area. The kitchen with island seating is well equipped to prepare your favorite meal and serve in the adjacent dining area to include seating for eight. Also on this floor is a queen bedroom and bath. This bathroom allows for access from the living area.
The first floor features two master ensuites with double vanity sinks, one with a shower and tub combination and the other a larger walk-in shower. The style of these rooms is a unique combination of Mediterranean and Caribbean decor. The laundry room with washer/dryer is also located on this level.
The fourth bedroom, a queen is privately located on the third floor. This area also features private bath and a whimsical reading nook.
Parking is a real plus with two designated spaces.
