The beach view was amazimg from inside the condo and on the balcony. The condo was clean, however, the sheets/comforter for the pull-out sofa had not been washed. It seemed like the people there right before us used the sheets and put them back in closet neatly as if they hadn't been used. The host was easy to contact and was very responsive when they were contacted. The kitchen had all the essential items needed to cook, however; the cooking utensils were mostly plastic, so if you prefer metal cooking utensils you should bring your own. The condo is in a great location. Walmart is across the street so it was easy to get items needed for cooking and snacking. Its also walking distance to attractions like Wonder Works and Ripley's Believe It or Not.Outside of the issue with the pull-out sofa sheets, our only hass was not having enough towels. It was four of us. We stayed one week, and only had 6 towels and 4 bath cloths for the week.I 100% recommend this place for your vacation. We're already looking to book this condo again.

Excellent all around

The check in was easy, room was clean, and decorated nice. No issues at all during stay, includes everything you need to cook in room if wanted and tvs in every room for entertainment. I would highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing in PCB.

Daily Renovation, Repairs, Lead the Day in the Penthouse

I had no communication regarding the comprehensive renovation going to the complex which dominated the elevators, resident garbage removal, and the general appearance of the property. The lack of complete disclosure concerns me. I shall no more trust the VRBO listings. The view over Pineapple Willey's and the 5:00 am parking lost cleaning did not help either.

Nice condo!

The views were spectacular and the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed our stay! The only complaint I have is that they only supply one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag for your whole stay.. also the bedroom light in one of the rooms does not work. Other than that it was a great place to stay! We enjoyed our time there!

Amazing view of the beach

This condo was everything that it was advertised to be. It really is ON the beach (not a couple blocks away like some properties). The view from the balcony of the beach and ocean was unlike any other place we've stayed. We appreciated the convenience of being right on the beach and close to many of the attractions. The check in process was easy, the condo was roomy, and the building itself was very quiet and seemed to be mostly families staying there and not noisy college students.
