-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was as simple with a code to unlock the door. The condo was very spacious, clean, & decorated very nicely. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough dishes/cookware. The living space has plenty of clean comfortable seating. The bedrooms were roomy. The traffic out front created some noise. However, we plugged in a small fan found in the closet & it drowned out any noise. Plenty of blankets/pillows in both bedrooms and living area. The full bathroom was very nice, clean, & had more than enough towels. I can't comment on the 1/2 bath (under the steps) because it was inadvertently locked during our stay. I also can't comment on the Wi-Fi as it too was inaccessible. The password must need updated in the guestbook. Our cellphone data worked fine so this was not an issue and will probably be rectified before the next guests arrive. The backyard was nice and spacious with plenty of seating. The outdoor games were available but we didn't use them. The corn hole bags need replaced (and stored inside) because they were left outside in the storage. The washer/dryer were new and clean. We felt confident in using them for our clothes. The condo location was great! We chose to drive/park to the beach, but it could be walked. The provided beach towels and chairs were great to have. We didn't use the provided umbrella and wagon, but they are there. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
