Perfect for a couples getaway with king sized bed and fully updated bathroom and living spaces. 1st floor unit has outdoor seating for two -- perfect for enjoying the view of Carillon lake.

Unit is within a short 10 minute walk to a private beach access; property offers 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis and pickle balls courts, basketball court & on-site restaurants.

Enter in the bedroom with king sized bed with fully update bathroom (vanity and shower). Proceed down the hall to living space (couch + chair) and kitchen (cooktop, toaster oven, dishwasher).

Enjoy the walkout patio with two chairs overlooking lake views from this 1st floor unit.

Unit includes everything you will need for your day at the beach -- beach towels, two beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and small cooler. Unit also includes two pickle ball paddles and balls.

Full access to entire condo as well as all community pools and facilities! ~10 minute walk to the white sands of the Emerald Coast!
