Tropic Winds Condominiums is a beautiful beachfront property spanning nearly 400 feet of the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Tropic Winds is one of the newest buildings in Panama City Beach. Our luxury vacation home is on the 18th floor away from the elevator and refuse shoot located on the other end of the floor, and is perfect for viewing the beach and expansive ocean views. You will find that our home has been decorated with comfortable custom made furnishings and high-end accessories. Sit on our large (291 sq. ft.) balcony which is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, enjoy the ocean and soak in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Our home is an end unit with an unobstructed view of miles of beautiful beach and Panama City Beach. It is located on the quiet, family friendly west end of Panama City Beach away from the major traffic congestion and is perfect for a quiet, romantic getaway. We are located 2 miles west of Pier Park and convenient to Frank Brown Recreation Park. Thomas’ (world famous) Donut shop and Mike’s Café and Oyster Bar are within a short walk from the condo.
Our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has 1179 sq. ft. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, with quartz countertops, a glass backsplash, and is fully equipped for preparing meals. The dining room and bar with stools provide plenty of room for dining for eight people. The bedrooms have been updated with a new king in the master and two new queens in the 2nd bedroom. It has new flooring throughout the entire unit so you don’t have to worry about dirty or sandy carpet.
The living room and master bedroom overlook the gulf and have direct access to one of the largest balconies in the area. Comfortable furnishings provide a cozy place to enjoy the new 66” flat screen TV, or to curl up and read or just relax while listening to the ocean.
The master bedroom has a king bed with gulf views and access to the over-sized balcony and an ensuite bathroom. There is direct access to the large balcony from the master. The master bedroom also has a 55” flat screen TV.
The second bedroom is furnished with queen beds and sleeps four. The second full-size bathroom is privately accessible from the second bedroom, but is also accessible from the dining room. The second bedroom also has a 44” flat screen TV. Complementary Wi-Fi and cable TV is provided.
