Guests will have full and private access to the entire 1-bedroom condo. You will also have complete access to all the fantastic shared amenities offered by the Horizon South resort community, including pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, and sports courts.

Access Method: Virtual check-in with a keyless entry code for seamless, direct access to the unit.
Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.

We prioritize a smooth and private experience for our guests. Our check-in process is fully virtual, allowing you to start your vacation without delay. While we will not be present on-site, we are always available and responsive via the booking platform or phone should you need any assistance or local recommendations during your stay.

Resort Fees: Horizon South Resort requires guests to purchase parking passes and amenity wristbands. For stays of 10 days or less, parking is $25/vehicle, and wristbands are $20/person (ages 5+). For stays of 11 days or more, parking is $25/vehicle, and wristbands are $20/person (ages 5+). For stays over 10 days, parking is $50/vehicle, and wristbands are $40/person. These can be pre-purchased or bought upon arrival.
Booking Confirmation: After booking, you must complete our Guest Portal registration within 72 hours. This includes providing contact info and uploading a photo of you holding your ID to confirm your reservation.
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials (paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.). Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed for their stay.
Safety: The condo is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher.
Area Construction: Panama City Beach is a growing area. We are not responsible for noise or inconvenience from nearby construction projects.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express only. No wire transfers or checks.
Cancellation: The stated cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.
