Available exclusively for 6-month + 1 day stays, this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat is located just 2.5 blocks from the Gulf in Panama City Beach. Set on the quieter west end of the beach, the home offers approximately 1,300 square feet of comfortable, well-designed living space in a relaxed coastal setting. Please note, there will be a dishwasher added in April (hence the cabinet that’s missing a door)

The home has been thoughtfully updated throughout, including new paint, flooring, furnishings, HVAC system, water heater, toilets, vanities, and a fully refreshed primary bathroom with new shower tile and tub. Everything feels clean, fresh, and move-in ready.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy Florida room filled with natural light, ideal for dining, working remotely, or unwinding at the end of the day. The fully equipped kitchen supports everyday living, while the cozy living area provides a welcoming space to relax after time at the beach.
