Beach house walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, & activities! Very close to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast, St. Andrews State Park, & attractions such as Ripley's Believe It or Not!

Come enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1 story duplex that has a washer & dryer on site for your needs. Your home will be equipped with free WiFi and 2 smart TV's that have Disney+, Netflix, and Hulu ready to go. We also provide charcoal grill, beach gear, board games, and outdoor games for family fun!

This is a duplex where we can host up to 14 guests in both units (see other listings). We also own the duplex next door where we can host another 14 guests to host a total of 28 guests for large groups for all 4 units.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Thomas Drive. Laundry facilities are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the vacation home.

•25 to rent. Someone 25 or older must be present and stay the duration of the booking during busy season months from April-Labor Day in September.

Cute, cute, cute!!

Ms. Alicia was so nice and responsive. The house was concisely decorated and VERY clean. The area was so quiet and respectful during quiet hours. The online listing was exactly as expected upon arrival. There were no hidden fees (parking etc) like other places. The check in process was soooo easy!! I will definitely be staying again!

PCB Quick Getaway

The Sea Turtle was in a great location for our extended getaway - we chose PCB for access to the Dog Beach near Pier Park, but we also wanted away from the "bustle" of central PCB. The cute 4-plex with it's gated areas was great for our pups, and the designated dog area in the rear was perfect. The inside was clean, beachy decorated, and everything we needed. Only thing we would change would be the height of the shower head...it's a little short for taller folk! Great place to stay - we will be back!!

Weekend getaway

Visiting family that lives a couple hours from PCB and wanted a little getaway with them. They have dogs and it really helped being able to bring them and not have to rush back to tend to them. We enjoyed our time in PCB!
