Travelled with family
The communication was good upon arrival. It's about 3 blocks away to the beach so was a huge plus, safe community in an older neighborhood so don't expect anything flashy,but that's good if you don't want croudy places and want to feel more local. The downfall for us was that it is a duplex so you will have neighbors and one bedroom is next to other guests and you can here the conversation even if not loud clearly,so hard time to sleep There is no patio,it's basically the parking lot for another unit. Not clean,there were still hair in the shower and dried up soap,finger prints on appliances. Overall for the money and proximity to the beach it was good. But if we knew that it's a duplex we would have rented something different.
