Welcome to Shores of Panama Unit 1015, a beautifully remodeled one-bedroom condo with a private bunk room and two full bathrooms, located on the 10th floor, offering stunning views of the resort’s lagoon-style pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Guests enjoy the added convenience of a reserved parking space located on the 4th-floor parking deck, making arrivals and departures simple and stress-free. Perfect for couples or small families, this bright and stylish condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests. Step onto the spacious private balcony from the living area and enjoy views of the sparkling lagoon-style pool and the emerald waters and sugar-white sands just steps away.

Comfortable Living Space
The open living area is designed for relaxation after a day at the beach, offering comfortable seating and a large Smart TV for movie nights or downtime, along with direct access to the private balcony. Over 900 square feet of living space plus a generous balcony give everyone room to spread out and enjoy their stay.

Fully Remodeled Kitchen
The updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island seating, and comes fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and small appliances so preparing meals or snacks is easy and convenient.

Sleeping Arrangements
The master bedroom includes a king bed, Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a modern walk-in shower and spacious vanity. The private bunk room offers twin-over-twin beds, a door for privacy, its own TV, and direct access to the second full bathroom, making it ideal for children or additional guests. This second bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for bathing young children, and also houses the full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Shores of Panama is one of Panama City Beach’s most popular gulf-front resorts, featuring a massive lagoon-style beachfront pool with zero-entry access, indoor heated pool and hot tub, gulf-front hot tubs, fitness center, covered parking garage, on-site tiki bars and food service, beach rental services, and direct beach access. The resort is ideally located next to Pineapple Willy’s and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

What's Included
Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo, electronic lock for easy self check-in, professionally cleaned linens and towels, starter supplies, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry for a comfortable, home-like stay.

Important Information
A one-time resort registration fee of $85 is required upon arrival for parking permits and wristbands. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, complete the rental agreement, and provide a credit or debit card on file for damage protection. Smoking and pets are not permitted due to severe owner allergies, and violations may result in cancellation, fines, or eviction.

Seasonal Beach Notice
From March 15 through April 30, portions of the nearby beach are closed nightly from 10 PM to 4 AM per city ordinance during Spring Break season.

A Note to Guests
You are staying in a privately owned home rather than a hotel, and we kindly ask guests to treat the condo with care and respect. If any issue arises during your stay, we will do our best to address it promptly so you can relax and enjoy your time at the beach.

This condo offers its guests an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. This condo also features barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator.
