Guests will enjoy full access to the entire house, which includes a private balcony exclusively for their use. It is important to note that as a duplex, the central balconies and courtyard are shared common areas with the adjacent unit. Maximum of 22 guests only.

Our team had a great time during our stay for a company fishing trip. The house was well equipped and everything worked well. Great area to grill and hang out around the pool. We would recommend this location and would book again.
