The location was great. Pets were welcome. The noise from the other units was terrible. I could hear the floor above us walking, bed creaking, toilet flushing, chairs dragging. Any noise from them, we could hear. The unit is next to the stairs, lots of noise and banging. The beds were very hard. The upholstered furniture was dirty as was the floors. It looked clean but I spilled water and used a paper towel to dry it and the towel was black. We couldn’t walk barefoot in the unit. There was also a dirty mop and bucket in the primary walk thru closet. The hot water heater wasn’t set very hot. Couldn’t get a good steamy shower

Out stay was excellent! I couldn't get into the portal to be able to order or anything but we bought our own and played pickle ball and swam. It was a great vacation
