Had a wonderful time! Property was immaculate. Process was very easy. Communication was clear. The area is just exceptional and perfect for families. You do not have to drive anywhere. It’s all walkable or within bicycle distance. We mostly stayed at the pool, which was really nice and had plenty of space. The beach was beautiful, but packed! Recommend renting chairs and umbrellas well ahead of your trip. But definitely go back and stay at the same place.

Bachelorette Trip

I rented this property for a bachelorette trip with 10 girls, and overall it was a great fit for our group. The house was clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location—just steps from the Seacrest pavilion and a quick walk to downtown Rosemary Beach.One downside was that the twin bunk bed listed as a bedroom was actually in an open alcove in the hallway, not a true bedroom as described in the listing.That said, we loved the Seacrest community amenities, especially the large pool and the convenient tram service to both the pool and the beach—huge plus on hot, humid days. The beach itself is beautiful, though the side where you bring your own chairs can get crowded as it’s not a very big section. Next time, I’d definitely rent chairs on the reserved side, which was much less packed.All in all, a great spot for a larger group—I’d absolutely recommend it!
