First the condo was very nice and in a perfect location. The problems we had could easily be fixed. 1st problem no communication. I send a text that never was responded to clarifying check in. Check in was at 4pm. I received an email at 3:52ish with check in info. I was glad I live in town it made me very nervous that there was a problem with the condo since I booked it in Jan. for an April stay and hadn't heard anything. When we entered the condo it must have just been cleaned the floor was wet. Which wasn't a problem. However I found chunks of long brown hair in bottom of the master shower. In the spare bathroom there was long brown hair along the sides and in the corner plus 2 strands of long brown hair hanging from the towels. When I pulled back the comforter on the bed there was another strand of long brown hair. I recleaned everything with clorox wipes I brought and cleaned the linens. After this our stay was amazing.
