Our condo features an oversized 10x28 balcony with room for everyone and FREE seasonal beach chairs (March 1st to October 31st) that includes 2 chaise loungers and 1 umbrella.

From the balcony, enjoy the beach-front views and waves splashing ashore while having refreshing drinks on the comfortable conversational set or while taking in the sun on the comfortable chaise lounger. In the early evening enjoy a delicious balcony meal while viewing beautiful and mesmorizing sunsets. This balcony is perfect for everyone and provides plenty of space for your guests.

The condo features an open floor plan with coastal decor and tile flooring throughout. The living room features gulf views, sofa, love seat, and recliner. You'll have sufficient and comfortable seating for everyone in your party. The master bedroom is gulf-front, adjoins the balcony, and includes a private bath. A king size bed provides a comfortable nights rest. The large guest bedroom includes a queen and full size bed. The guest bathroom can be accessed from the living area or privately from the guest bedroom.

The kitchen features stainless appliances and breakfast bar with seating for four. We've provided everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining table includes seating for six. A separate laundry room includes washer/dryer.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
