Sunkissed at Summerhouse is located on the second floor with parking available directly behind the unit. There are no parking garage elevators or walking bridges to wait on! The views are spectacular and the property is super easy to navigate! You can quickly and easily get to the pool, beach, or inside amenities in no time! Sunkissed recently went through a full renovation and has been highly complimented by many as one of the top 10% on the beach! Virtually everything is all new and the decor is all beach all the time, with many details throughout that are sure to put you in the "Hey Vacay" spirit! We are within minutes of Treasure Island Marina, where you can enjoy Deep Sea Fishing, Boat Tours, Pontoon Rentals and Shell Island Shuttles. Gather your family and friends and get ready to host your next vacation, wedding, family reunion or girls/guys getaways! The Summerhouse is also a great place to stay when in town for local events or tournaments. Sunkissed at Summerhouse can be your Home-Away-From-Home for you and your family while you take comfort in knowing that Security is on property for your safety. Once you book, you will receive messages at different times including booking confirmation, check in instructions, wifi info and more. We include everything you need for a comfortable stay, but in the rare occasion a need arises, we are available to help in the app or by text with a quick response.

Summerhouse Condominiums

All guests must register wth the front desk and pay a $39 fee directly to Summerhouse. This fee covers your whole group, it provides armbands to access the resort area, and parking.

This condo offers its guests a water park and a hot tub. The family-friendly condo also features barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator.

This Panama City Beach condo is smoke free.
