This ground floor/end unit villa is truly stunning. The end unit design provides an extra large living/dining room and also has an extended patio, an extremely rare combination at Edgewater. Your open floor plan great room has amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows. The living room furniture is so comfy and provides enough seating for all of your family and friends. The TVs throughout this villa have Roku Streaming in HD. Lux Speed WiFi is also available for this condo and throughout the property at no additional charge. Step out onto your patio from the great room and enjoy your coffee and croissant on the covered main patio while watching the turtles and fish in the large pond right outside your living room. Want to cool off? Take a dip in one of the 2 pools located a short distance out the back patio.

The kitchen is ultra modern and very well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The Sunset Palms Main Suite features a new split king adjustable bed with zero gravity and massage features so each sleeper can adjust to their own comfort. The bed is fitted with high thread count luxury bed linens. You'll love having your own TV and direct access to the patio from your bedroom sliding door. As you walk into the main bath you will find an elegant tiled tub/shower combo to rinse off a "hard day" at the beach and spacious vanity area. The main bathroom also offers fluffy high-quality bathroom towels.

The Sandy Shores Guest Bedroom features two full size beds with twin sized bunk beds built overhead. Two separate closets (one full of assorted beach goodies) and the second providing a comfortable working area are conveniently located in the guest bedroom. Step out onto a second covered patio from the guest bedroom. You have your own TV in this bedroom, too. The Guest Bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom with a newly remodeled spa like luxurious walk in shower with rain head and hand wand. Listen to your favorite tunes on the built in bluetooth ceiling speaker while you get ready for a night out. The bathroom also features a single vanity with adjustable contemporary lighting fixtures.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. One parking pass is included with your vacation rental. Additional passes can be purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.

The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stair-master machines and an aerobics / dance studio. Tennis, Pickleball, and use of the fitness center are now all INCLUDED as part of your stay.
