The Nautilus Near Pier Park, 12 Min Walk to Beach

The Nautilus is perfect spot to get away from it all. Less than a 12 minute walk to the beach, close to your favorite restaurants, Pier Park and Frank Brown this place is perfect to stay for a family getaway, concert or ball tournament. This cozy home has all of the niceties and amenities to make lots of warm memories and relax after a long day at the beach. The space is fully renovated and has a fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and brand new granite countertops.

Located only 3 blocks from Frank Brown Park, this space is one of the closest Airbnbs available for your next tournament, concert, or visit to many of the other great amenities the park has to offer. There is also a nice dog park located at Frank Brown for your fur babies.
This space is also half of a duplex but they are completely separate units and backyards.

The unit has a fenced in backyard and there is in unit laundry if needed. It also has an outdoor shower located on the back patio for when you get back from the beach.

Panama City Beach has just been rated again this year as one of the top beach destinations in the world. This property is located close to the beach and right down the street from Pier Park, PCBs premier shopping location and only 3 blocks from Frank Brown Park.

Getting around PCB is simple. Typically our guests rent a golf cart, drive with a car to Pier Park for beach access, or walk the few blocks to the beach access off of Lullwater Dr

Yes, thank you. Quick drive to beach, Pier Point, Frank Brown Park and Buddy's Seafood (awesome). Home was clean and as advertised. The king bed was too soft for us, but some folks may love it. Thanks again!

The home was very comfortable & had a great stay. There were a few problems but resolved them, batteries in TV remotes were dead, I had to purchase new ones. There were several light bulbs shot, bedroom lamps, bathroom & indoor porch light. The backyard fence was in terrible shape, had to patch holes up to keep the dogs safe. The front porch step is very steep with no handrail which is difficult to step up without a hand rail. The inside had everything that you need for cooking & laundry. It is a duplex so the neighbors were a little rowdy, but that was taken care of by the host. It is what it is when in a duplex. Was there for 33 days & overall it was a nice relaxing stay. Thank you to the host!

Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it. I did feel like the listing description was a little misleading as this is a duplex so you’re sharing a wall with another unit. The photos and description as of my stay did not indicate that, as there is one main front door but once inside that door it separates into 2. Probably doesn’t matter to most people but I had my dog who suffers from separation anxiety so I specifically book stand alone homes as not to disturb others when I leave him home. Therefore I felt I had to change some of my plans including skipping out on a boat cruise I had already paid for. Other than that, the unit is really nice. You’ve got a private yard and access to beach equipment should you need it. Owner was responsive and super nice.
