The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

The private balcony offers amazing views and is great for sipping coffee while watching the calming waves. There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax after a long day at the beach.



The Summit condominium features exciting amenities that will delight the young and the young at heart. Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Call loved ones or post photos to social media with the free WiFi, and stay fit in the fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing. With so much to do, this is the perfect place to spend your vacation



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Family vacation

We had a great time In Panama City beach, however I wouldn’t say this condo was as nice as described. The Summit resort was very nice, friendly and well maintained. However, this condo is very outdated, bathroom doors and sliding glass door outside don’t work properly, not very roomy for the price and there was a roach!!!!

Was not as clean and fresh as the pictures looked. Sliding glass door did not work, we had to get tools to fix it.
