The space features a roomy master bedroom with king bed, a comfortable living room with brand new furnishings including an upgraded memory foam queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked and functional kitchen, cozy hall bunks for the kiddos with door separating from main living areas for extra privacy, 1.5 bathrooms complete with walk in shower, and an in unit washer & dryer. The condo also has a spacious balcony with seating to comfortably watch the sunrises while enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening while having dinner with your loved ones. We provide extras like games, books, puzzles, pack n play, and extra beach chairs & toys to help provide the most carefree experience as possible for our guests to relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

Guests will also have access to all the resort style amenities The Summit has to offer which includes private gated beach access, 2 large pools(heated seasonally), 2 kiddie pools, 2 outdoor & 1 indoor hot tubs, seasonal poolside Tiki Bar and onsite restaurant, a beach market with sandwich/coffee shop, on site gym, sauna, bbq grills and picnic areas, 24/7 smart vending and ice machines, tennis/pickleball/shuffleboard/basketball courts, 24/7 security, and so much more!
