The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Panama City Beach's shops, restaurants, and venues, like Ripley's Believe It Or Not, are only a few minutes away by car. Meanwhile, attractions like Gulf World and Pier Park to the west are easy to reach, too.

When you're not visiting the rides of Shipwreck Island Waterpark down the road or enjoying on-site pools and hot tubs, you can retreat to your condo to relax. The balcony provides truly breathtaking ocean views to admire. Inside, the living area features cushy furnishings for relaxing with the flatscreen cable TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the tools and appliances you need to cook your favorite meals.  The unit also has a washer and dryer!   Use the free WiFi to find a fun recipe and get cooking!



Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 5 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and ejection. VRC# 33664

This condo offers its guests a hot tub and a fitness center. This condo also features barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator.
