Condo was as listed, had a bit of trouble with the dryer. Everything was updated besides the bathroom which could use a facelift. Other than that it was a great stay

Summit is a nice place and we have always had great luck with the condos. This trip we were told not to check in till four. i had to reach out to the host to get the code at 3:30 and it was right at four when they finally sent it.when we arrived i noticed there was not a hair dryer or keurig. i contacted the host via text and she said she would have housekeeping bring it. no one came or contacted me.then in the kitchen was a strong moldy urine smell coming from behind the refrigerator i again contacted via text to the host about the smell and the fact no one came with the dryer and keriug. no one has bothered to contact me via phone or text concerning the issuesAlso there was a large dehumidifier running in the living room so i am guessing they have an active moisture issue which tells me they are aware of the smell. I would think they would have the courtesy to make me aware that there was an issue before we booked the apartment or arrived. i will not ever book another place if the company Fun Quest is involved.
