The Space:

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE: The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – May 2026). Dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit is open but features a temporary railing. You may also experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time, and access to the heated pool may occasionally vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

The open kitchen spills into a breakfast bar and an adjacent dining table. You`ll love the fully appointed, convenient kitchen, stocked with all major and minor appliances you may need during your vacation stay, as well as a complete set of cookware, utensils, and dishes. This was a top 10 property. It was true to the photos, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed from cooking and kitchen to bathroom and beach. It is beachfront and close to everything. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring break vacation

I stayed at this property with my family for spring break every thing was on point it was also close to other convenient locations like restaurants and the Walmart my kids enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool the beach was good too we had fun.

Nice beach time

We enjoyed the stay at The Summitt. I have stayed there before but been a few years. Our condo was updated abd decorated very nicely. The only complaint would be the elevator on our end went down 3 times during our stay. Not a big deal during a fall stay cause not as crowded but i could see it would be a big deal in the summer. Otherwise sll was perfect.

Overall this is a nice place. The condo was a little in the dirty side. The couch was stained we found the previous guest dirty laundry left in the shower. We ran into a small issue and the owners acted immediately to fix it. The building was nice and quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

We had a great trip! It was a beautiful condo. It had everything we needed except for a washer and dryer. We probably won't stay there again because of this. But you could tell that the owner took pride in their place with the cleanliness and decor of their condo!

Newly renovated condo - Central location

Pros: Newly renovated, brand new appliances, clean bedding, large balcony, complimentary products, 2 large pools, great pool atmosphere and kid friendly. Cons: Slow elevators, very large complex so it was naturally overcrowded, no laundry in the condo (which I already knew) but i couldn't find one on site. I had to go to a laundry mat. Stains on wall in bedroom and on bathroom door. Eyelash left in bunk bed area stuck on shelf. No towel service. Overall, was decent. I loved the updated appliances and updated condo period. I knew what I was reserving. The cleanliness feel could be improved.

Decent room, not great building.

To start, we have stayed at the summit in many different rooms over the years and this one was definitely one of the cleaner ones. The staff was very responsive and helpful, and it was clean when we got there. The only major flaw with the actual room is there is no washer and dryer. That’s a major issue for us, especially with you not being able to wash towels, swim suits etc. It is not advertised very well that they are not included, and we would not have booked it knowing that. Also we had two other families stay for two days longer, their rooms were just as nice, with washer/dryer, and were cheaper for what it’s worth. The other issues are with The Summit. The laundromat was under remodel so not able to use it, the pools close at dark now, and this room is just in front of the elevator, which was out of order. You have to wait an eternity to use the middle elevators, one of the two there was down also, and then walk all the way down to the end of the building to the room. We took the stairs most every time, but anyone not very fit or elderly steer clear. The weather also didn’t cooperate as the ocean was off limits the duration of our stay with double red flags, and the pools are packed with people. All in all, we hate to sound negative, but for an old building, limited elevators, no laundry, no night swimming, no ocean access, and more money than better units we were a little let down this year.
