*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Beautiful views - needs a REALLY good cleaning.

1st, this was a trip for just my husband and I. Much needed time away. We spent most of our time on the beach, no joke. From the minute Drew put the chairs out to we were sun kissed enough or the weather changed, we were outside. That’s one reason we give tons of grace for properties. It’s a place to sleep essentially.2nd, they were super responsive and let us in early, checking in before noon but we did pay 75 to do so. We were so thankful considering the weather was a little iffy during our Monday-very early morning Saturday stay.3rd, I’m not sure if the owners of the condo are aware but the unit needs a really good thorough cleaning…baseboards, doors and it all needs a coat of paint. Hair and dust build up around the baseboards, along the walls...We are NOT picky, but we’ve stayed at 7 or more VRBOs over the years and this one was by far the one that needs the most tlc. The bath tub needs replaced, period. I encourage you to wear shoes while showering. The enamel/finish was peeling and washing down the drain.4th, We spent most of our time outside and on the beach and again, this is not a reflection on the owners but the marijuana smoking that happens on the balcony is frustrating. That was where we drew the line. This condo has a beautiful view and we couldn’t enjoy it without being surrounded by pot smoke every single night for 5 nights.The bed was comfy, we didn't use much in the condo but there wasn't much to use. Bring your own everything.
