The property was very clean and comfortable for 6 people. There aren’t a lot of plates, cups, silverware, etc. and definitely not enough if you had than 6 more people. It was easy to supplement with disposable ones though. It was an easy walk to the beach and crossing hwy 98 was not difficult for adults and teenagers. The property is very close (walkable if you wanted) to several restaurants.

The house was clean and comfortable. We liked the location of it, close to Inlet Beach and not far from Rosemary Beach. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. Our only complaint is that the house has the absolute bare minimum in it, no salt or pepper, no pair of scissors, no pizza cutter, no spare coffee filter, these are really small details but inconvenient, nothing that makes or breaks a trip! The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained. There were a few plastic plates that should probably be thrown or replaced. The backyard could use some attention there were dead branches down in the yard.

The bedrooms were clean. Bathrooms were average with master bedroom having mold. Kitchen had German roaches. Trash was was left outside which smelled really bad. Silverware’s and dishes were not properly cleaned. Dishwasher is poor and didn’t do a good job of washing. Due to roach infestation we were afraid to leave the food outside and constantly had to clean the place. Walkable distance to the beach.
