You'll have a great night's sleep, no matter which room you choose. The beds are exceptionally comfy and the theme is very cozy! In one bedroom, you will have a queen bed + a smart TV to yourself. In the larger bedroom, you will find two queen beds.

The one full bathroom has a combo shower/tub and is stocked with all the bathroom essentials you could need, including plenty of shower towels, makeup towels, Q-tips, cotton balls, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash.

The location to the beach and neighborhood was good. Communications were great. Property needs new flooring desperately. Property needed deep cleaning: dust bunnies under beds and in corners, baseboards were dirty, floors were dirty (bare feet would be dirty after a few hours of being in the house and walking on floors), had 4 "visitors" (cockroaches) that we had to eliminate during our visit. With new flooring and a DEEP clean this would be a fantastic property.

Great location and a cozy little house

Excellent communication and easy access to property. This location is top tier for access to great beach spots. The price is a little high per night for the property itself but other than that you can’t go wrong with this booking.

Great little house near the beach

We enjoyed this little duplex bungalow just a walk away from the Panama City Beach. It was clean and provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, cook some great seafood on the gas grill, and relax outside on the lighted porch or by the propane fire pit. The fenced in yard was great for our dog.

Beautiful!!

My family and I love our stay at this home. The home was beautiful and very CLEAN. The host was professional and responded quickly with any questions I had concerning our stay. It was an easy check in and check out process. My little furry baby felt very comfortable when we left him alone . We also loved that the home was close to the beach and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Beautiful Home Great Location

My mother and I were in town for business, so this was a very short visit. We so wished we could have stayed longer. Our stay in this home was like home. Very clean and cozy! The beds are very comfortable and they even provided toiletries and coffee in case you forgot to bring those items or after a long drive you do not want to hit up the grocery store right away. Also, this home is located in a very quiet neighborhood and a short walk or drive to the beach. Communication was top notch. We will be back to PCB hopefully in the near future and will definitely stay again!

Long Weekend Get Away

Nice relaxing trip. The property is extremely comfortable and surrounded by great local food. Check in and out was a breeze. Fenced in backyard was perfect for a vacation with the pup!
