Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is a tranquil escape located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, FL. Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. The complex amenities include: tennis courts, shuffle board courts, 2 pools (one for the little ones) , a playground, a clubhouse which features: free WiFi connectivity, ping-pong table, and coin-operated pool table. Each unit has fully equipped kitchens, private patios, vaulted ceilings, and its very own view of the Gulf of Mexico.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Panama City Beaches. Free WiFi in public areas and laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the condo.

Great Value

We spent a week here and found it very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The A/C functioned very well. Kitchen was nicely appointed. Overall a 4 star stay. The only problem was that the family room furniture was very uncomfortable and is in much need to be replaced.

Awesome Place

Very nice place, needed updating a little, but when your on vacation that doesn’t matter. Facilities were very nice!! Private beach access was very nice as well, I would definitely recommend, we will be back for sure.

Great location

This condo was just the right size for our family with two teens. The interior could use some updates, but not bad for the price. The location was great! A private beach with very few people, A giant field to throw the frisbee, a bocce ball court, and a close drive to shopping and restaurants at Rosemary Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort and beach are wonderful. Great location and very relaxing. Unit 11 is today as it was the day it was built. Very dated, I would choose another unit. I would stay at the resort again, but not unit 11.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay here! We were looking for a condo away from the crowds. This facility of about 70 units (only about 1/3 seemed to be rentals), had great amenities (large pool, 2 tennis courts, sand volleyball, etc), and was right across the street from a private beach. Even though the property was booked up, it was never crowded. The management staff was outstanding! They are located on site, and were always available and responsive by phone or email. The unit itself didn't have any prior reviews because it is new to their rental pool. It was spacious and clean. It wasn't quite as well stocked or decorated as another unit rented by our group, but I still give it 5 stars, and we would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

The only thing is. The fan fell from ceiling, an my daughter was in bed sleeping. Other than that. Everything was perfect!
