Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn thermostat to 80 when A/C is being used or 60 when heat is being used.
Ensure golf cart keys are hanging up. Lock the back gate, lock the golf cart, and bring charger back inside.
Bring cushions back inside. Lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Golf cart is for licensed drivers only and for driving to the beach and around the neighborhood. Under no circumstances are children allowed to drive.
Smoking is not allowed in the unit at all. Smoking should be done outside. Butts should be thrown in the garbage outside and not on the ground.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean andhad everything we needed. If I needed anything the host was quick to respond. She was very helpful and patient even though I probably got on her nerves with all of my messaging. It was so close to the boat ramp also. We will stay again!
