🚗 Parking Information
St Thomas MOA requires parking fees to be paid to them prior to arrival by website link or when you arrive at the complex by scanning QR code. Website link will be sent after booking. These fees are in addition to any fees already paid to Signature Destinations. Parking Fees are Automobiles $23.33 per vehicle, Motorcycles $11.85 per motorcycle, and Boat Trailor Parking and Boat Dock Access $287.62. Due to limited space, authorization from STS Management is required prior to arrival for anyone bringing a boat on property. Maximum of 2 vehicles per unit in the gated area. Additional vehicles must also be registered, but must park outside of the gated area. Vehicles without this new digital permit will towed without warning.

This condo offers its guests a water park and a sauna. This condo also features barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator.
