Living space
The open layout flows naturally from the kitchen to the living area and out to the balcony, where panoramic Gulf views stretch as far as you can see. Step outside with your morning coffee and watch the water shift colors, or settle in for an evening with the sound of the waves below. Air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable indoors, and free Wifi and a dedicated workspace mean anyone who needs to stay connected can.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom features a king bed, and the guest bedroom offers a queen bed. A bunk provides the additional sleeping space needed to comfortably host up to eight guests. Fresh bed linens are provided for every stay.
 
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and eat in - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. Prep a meal, then take your plates out to the balcony or gather around the dining area inside. The BBQ grill is available for outdoor cookouts.
 
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms keep things easy for larger groups. Essentials including shampoo, towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, hangers, bed linens, and an iron are provided. Please note there is no hair dryer on the property.
 
Resort amenities
Through resort access, guests can use the beachside pool and hot tub, as well as the gym. Beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided. In-unit washer and dryer are available for longer stays or anyone who wants to pack light. The condo includes a TV and self check-in via keypad for a smooth, flexible arrival.
 
Location
Schooners and the State Park are within walking distance, with locally owned restaurants and the historic St. Andrews area just a short trip away. Complimentary daily tickets are included to a selection of Panama City Beach attractions - a sunset and dolphin watch sailing cruise, Dave and Buster's, indoor mini golf, a trampoline park, and WonderWorks Adventure.
 
Pet policy and parking
This property is pet-friendly for one dog 35 pounds or less, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 plus tax due at check-in. Paid parking is required: a one-time fee of $35 plus tax is due upon arrival at the front desk and covers two vehicles.
 
For your stay, we recommend bringing toiletries, a hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, laundry soap, coffee and filters, beach towels, beach toys, and sunscreen.
