THINGS TO KNOW
* Supplies: While we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags, please bring additional amounts for your stay.
* Smoking & Vaping: Strictly prohibited on the property, including porches and decks. A $250 fine will be imposed for violations.
* Pets: No pet policy.
* Parking: In the Building, no long bridge walks, 7ft garage clearance. Building
HOA has parking fee of $50 per car for the entire stay.
* Wrist bands issued at check-in are required to be returned at check-out. Failure to return the wrist bands will result in a fee.

No smoking on the property or in the balcony, $100 fine per occurrence. There is a designated smoking area on the L3 outdoor parking area.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
