The building has security cameras in the lobby of each floor, the main entrance, parking area, pool area, and rooftop—only in common areas, never inside the apartments. Located in a central neighbourhood close to restaurants, supermarkets, parks, and the waterfront, Apartment 4A is an excellent choice for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Panama City.

Guests have full access to Apartment 4A, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas. They may also use the building’s shared spaces: the lobby with a small coffee shop, the pool area, and the rooftop, which includes a gym, sauna, and spa room. All shared areas are available throughout the stay.

For guest safety, the building has security cameras in the lobby on each floor, the main entrance, parking area, pool area, and rooftop. Cameras are only in common areas and never inside the apartment. Some shared spaces may continue to receive improvements, but this will not affect access to Apartment 4A. The lobby coffee shop operates during standard hours.
