First, let me talk about the staff.
They are great and super polite. Always ready to help.
On the other hand, there are some issues with the hotel management.
First, forget the pictures you see when you are booking the room. The rooms are far from what you see on the pictures.
Poorly mantained, with dirty walls (something quite easy to solve).
Another issue is the breakfast, which is NEVER ready on time. Breakfast is scheduled to start at 6:30 am, but at 6:30 am, almost nothing is ready.
Egg station gests ready like 6:50am, they start bringing the hot meals around 6:45. Sometimes, even the black coffee is not ready at 6:30.
Another thing is the lack of good sense for music volume. Nobody wants loud music at 6:30, regardlesa of the music style.
Finally, I am not sure if the floor is cleaned regularly, as I felt my shoes like glueing on the restaurant floor while walking there.
Being a member of Marriot, this is not what you expect. Hope they can improve their standards.
