The rooms have beautiful beach and water views but the rooms, common areas, and elevators are beat up. This place looks like it has had one too many spring breaks. It really could use a new owner or a refresh. This was by far one of the worst kept hotels that I have stayed at in a long time.

The property is in desperate need of a complete remodel. There were electrical outlets in my room that didn't work. There were cracks in the plaster on the balcony. The lighting is insufficient and very dim. The furniture was worn and should have been replaced years ago. The pool was empty and the Bar and Grill ran out of Miller Lite beer and bourbon!! the staff and people were FANTASTIC!!! The staff excellent, the building and amenitys not so much.

AVOID THE BAR/GRILL BLATANT RIP OFF

The Bar Grill is a BLATANT RIP OFF..They had NO FOOD BUT PIZZA LADY INFORMED ME. I said ok its 8 pm i better get pizza nothing in walking distance to eat there. So i said 2 naan bread pepparoni pizzas. THERE IS NO MENU ON SITE She Charged me $38 for 2 flat bread pizzas and 2 cups sprite. Bartender lady from Iowa said do you want a soda $1 extra. I said sure. Got to room looked up the menu online pizza is $9.99....SHE CHARGED ME $38..

Beautiful view from the balcony . Bar and pool area were nice although the pool was was not open. The room was ok. Decor was dated, very basic. Overall was good for the price.

I wasn’t gonna right a review because I had nothing good to say about this place but figured I should warn others!! MUSTY IS ALL I CAN SAY! The smell in my room was so musty I had to Sleep/lounge with both doors open 24/7; it’s the old carpets that ruined my entire trip. It was literally unbearable. Also they stuck me not only in this grotesque smelling room but with palm trees blocking any view of the water possible. Plus this place had kids EVERYWHERE in pool hot tub running around screaming all darn night so here’s me with doors open because of the smell hearing all this chatter. I was miserable I would’ve been better off keeping my money, sleeping in my CLEAN CAR and showering anywhere else. This is a 100% honest review

The view is amazing but the room had peeling paint on the ceiling the furniture was dated and old and the carpet was filthy it needed to be steamed cleaned the people who worked there was very nice and check in was good it just needs to be updated badly
