No outdoor pool or hot tub. Under construction. Was not told this when booking! Constant noise from the construction! Our room smelt like mildew and equipment was left in room. We both left sick.

The room I had booked was not available. I was given a different room which was okay. There was various things that looked broken that looked like were just patched together quickly. The pool and jacuzzi were not available. We had to hear construction work being done the whole stay as the pool was getting demolished and the sound of the heavy machinery being used when we were in the room. There was roaches outside the room that I had to kill before they got inside. I took pictures and videos of a few things if you need proof.

The room was on poor condition. There were no amenities such as complimentary coffee, tea, soap, shampoo,,etc. The room didn't even have a telephone to call the front desk. The tv didn’t work. Finding the room was like going through a maze with inadequate signage.

I booked the room bc it had a beachfront, hot tub, restaurant and pool. The pool or the hot tub was not working. I didn’t see the restaurant options. My room door didn’t close very well. The facility is old and outdated. I had to pay to park. However, the staff was extremely nice and let me do an early check in on arrival. They cleaned my room while I was away. The air conditioner made a knocking noise. It was hard to sleep.

We loved the value for the two bdrm beachfront accommodations we had! Lrg & spacious rooms w/Jack & Jill bath & great views of the property pool/hot tub & beach from the private balcony. Did not appreciate the aggravation from the late night pipe noises when the neighbors flushed their toilets or ran water, really need to fix that & we may consider staying again! Overall very decent for the price point!

Part of the building is currently undergoing a makeover, but the staff are so amazing, they found us a quiet room tucked away right on the sandy beach. The pool is heated and a relaxing bar on site made for a great stay !!!

The door had to be kicked open and would SLAM shut. The strike plate at the door was missing completely. Humidity was so high the floors and bed felt wet all night. The room was full of nats (flys). There were small roaches crawling around the bathroom. I tried to shower only to find there was mold was so thick underneath the the soap ledge in the shower
