Great location

We were in the heart of everything. Safe environment, friendly and respectful staff at the hotel and the people we encountered on the streets were so polite and friendly as well. The only thing that could make a difference there to get a 5 star is if they fix the noise the elevators make. Anywhere you are whether first, second or third floor you will get annoyed. I felt sorry for the guests who stayed in the rooms close to the elevators moreso. 24 hr noise because people are constantly using them. There has to be a way to fix this issue. Outside of that, we had fun sitting and chatting by the pool. Moses at the front desk was so nice to us. Will definitely go back there, hopefully by then the noise will be gone.
